It’s the beginning of another adventure building a home start to finish with the Perkins Brothers and Crew!! As usual we are perched on a remote mountain top in the the Great Smoky Mountains, which poses it’s own unique challenges for construction.

On this episode We frame the front living room wall one piece at a time and prep all of the upper floor walls for the ceiling system. We also double check our structural load points and add squash blocks where needed, to carry point loads to the footing. We also answer some of the most common questions from our comments on the previous videos and this series.
