Honda PCX150 Rear Tire Replacement - Step by Step

My little 2015 Honda PCX150 is finally getting a new shoe today! I'm installing a fresh Michelin City Grip 2 tire to replace the previous one that suffered a triple nail strike on the highway. I'll take you through the entire process of removing and reinstalling the wheel today. Use the chapter markers below to skip around.

Fastener sizes and torque specifications:
Rear axle nut: 24mm , 87 lbf-ft (112 N-m)
Rear shock lower mounting bolt: 12mm , 18 lbf-ft (24 N-m)
Exhaust flange nut: 10mm , 21 lbf-ft (29 N-m)
Swingarm support bolts: 14mm , 36 lbf-ft (49 N-m) ... not listed in the service manual?
Muffler mounting bolts: 14mm , 36 lbf-ft (49 N-m)
Fender mounting screws: 5mm hex head, 7 lbf-ft (9.5 N-m)
