Rock Band 2 Deluxe stuttering issue

So my emulation of Rock band deluxe keeps having stutter/lagging issues. Its only for certain songs and I don't know why. And just like with the last song in the video their were song that were working earlier in the day and now they have the same issue. If some can help me understand this issue that would be great.

I'm running the game on a Acer nitro 5 laptop
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB
Video Card- Radeon RX 560 Series
