After receiving a 911 call police in North Carolina obtained a search warrant hours later and along with a swat team from the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians they tossed a robot equipped with cameras into the residence of disabled Jason Harley Kloepfer at 1790 Upper Bear Paw Road waking him up at 5 am screaming "come outside and show us your hands" and then shot him when he opened the door to find out what was going on
