Neste Combinações do Alberto, carreguei os mods Insanity’s Requiem (TiberiumSoul), Project Brutality Minimal Edition (pa1nki113r), Dust Shock (Foxhed), (RWLTEX) Real World Like Textures (Foxhed), Bloom Boost (Pixel Eater), Universal Weapon Sway (Boondorl) e SBrightmaps (Z86). A nossa série Combinações do Alberto é onde testo e gravo jogatinas com misturas interessantes de mods para Doom propostas pelo nosso apoiador Alberto Balieiro, sem necessariamente conhecê-los de antemão nem preocupando em descrevê-los.

Usei o GZDoom 4.8.2, o IWAD do Doom II: Hell on Earth v1.9 e a classe "Tormentor" para jogar esta partida, a qual estava no nível de dificuldade "Blackwatch Elite".
