Identify the source of the spiritual wickedness: Ephesians 6:12 "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."

Seek God's protection and guidance through prayer and reading the Bible: Psalm 91:1-2 "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."

Surround yourself with positive influences: Proverbs 13:20 "He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed."

Practice forgiveness: Matthew 6:14-15 "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
