Let’s take this step by step.
We have 4 different types of workouts
we have:
1. Workouts to Build Muscle MassThis program mainly focuses on hypertrophy (building muscle mass).
2. Workouts to Lose Weight(caloric deficit)
3. Workouts to gain endurance(high volume)
4. Workouts for strength(power)
There are 3 levels in each beginner intermediate advanced.When joining a program or starting our recommendation would be to move up from beginner to advance even if you are an advanced power lifter for example.
