National WWI Museum (Kansas City, MO) Bucket List Item! ✅

In this episode of Wandering Wagners we Checked off a Bucket List Item and traveled to the National WWI Museum in Kansas City, MO.
This has been on Mikes bucket list for several year now, and since we were already in Missouri, we decided to give it a go.
We stayed at the Kansas City East Grove City KOA @koacampgrounds and we were able to get a pull-thru full hook up patio site here as well. It was a nice and level site and we even got our on board propane tank re-filled! If you're in the area we do recommend this KOA.
We were just outside of the city which made travel to the museum relatively easy. There was plentiful parking and we even could have brought our RV there with us. We talked to the Museum specifically about this but decided against it.

We paid $18/adult for general admission. We wanted to go up in the tower, but it was closed the day we went there because they said the steps were wet and they didn't want anyone to get injured.
That was a bummer because we were both really excited to go up in the tower, but i guess that means we will just have to go back.
You were allowed to take video and non-flash photography but they asked that you didn't record their videos. They were great and we highly recommend visiting if you haven't already! We spent at least 2-3 hours inside and we could have spend even more! Worthwhile venture!
