SIMPLE and Delicious BBQ Pork on the Griddle

This is a quick and easy meal for summer that can be carried in one hand at a BBQ. The winner here is the salad dressing! The fresh herbs kick butt and don't be afraid of the mustard. You don't taste it at all.

Salad Dressing:
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 Teaspoons White Sugar
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Cup of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of chopped fresh herbs (we use a lot more, Parsley was out choice for this cook)

BBQ Pork
2 Pork Tenderloins trimmed of fat and silver skin

BBQ sauce of your choice

Potato Salad
6 all purpose potatoes
sweet relish
red wine vinegar
white sugar
-when the potatoes are hot out of the water sprinkle them with vinegar and relish, cool in the fridge. To make the dressing mix sugar, mayo and vinegar to create a sweet/tart sauce. Mix with the taters and your done. Optional adds are celery/peppers/onions
