Killer Crab Cakes on the Griddle!!!

Crab Cakes
-Juice of 1 Lemon
-1 whole Egg
-1 large or 2 small cloves minced Garlic
-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
-1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
-1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
-1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
-2 tablespoons Mayo
*Mix well before continuing
-2-4 tablespoons of Green Onion chopped pretty fine
-2-4 tablespoons of Yellow Pepper also chopped fine
-Pinch of Salt and Pepper
-1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
-1lb best crab meat you can find
-Roughly half a cup panko. add slowly till mix starts to tighten up enough to be able to form the cakes. Keeping in mind less is better and it will continue to tighten up in the fridge.You may end up using less or more.
Form crab cakes then coat with dry mix of 70% panko 30% flour.

Remoulade Sauce
-1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
-1 tablespoon Ketchup
-1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
-1 teaspoon Horseradish
-1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
-1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
-3/4 cup Mayo
-1 tablespoon fresh Lemon juice
