Video shows police arresting suspected U.S. gunman

Police detained the suspect of a shooting in which seven people were killed in California's Half Moon Bay on Monday. It came just two days after 11 people were shot dead in a separate shooting in Los Angeles as California suffered one of its bloodiest spates of mass gun violence in decades.
