Tom also shares his strategies for finding properties for investment, including "driving for dollars" and using a tool called List Source.

His focus is flipping bungalows, popping the top, and reconverting two-unit Greystone’s, and rehabbing them to sell for a higher price.

He also mentions that they focus on the North side of Chicago, where the market is more competitive, but they look for opportunities in areas where others don't want to do the work.
