Care facility in Kenosha fined after woman's death

The State of Wisconsin has ordered a Kenosha assisted living and memory care facility not to accept any new residents until it cleans up multiple violations. That's after an 89-year-old woman who was living there was found dead last month from the cold on the grounds of the property.
