Daniel and his friends were taken captive in Babylon, but God was with them in the faraway land, even when it was hard. They wanted to obey God, and God helped them. In a greater way, Jesus always did what God wanted Him to do. Jesus never sinned, but He came to earth to rescue sinners. God forgives and helps everyone who trusts in Jesus. Our key passage comes from 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 and reminds to, “Never stop praying. Give thanks in all circumstances. For this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.”
