If SIPC never paid Madoff victims claiming fraud FDIC will use same argument not to pay depositors

I didn’t explain the FDIC SIPC properly in my previous video SIPC went to court and got a judge to rule that because of fraud they did not have to pay Madoff victims If the banks go insolvent I believe the FDIC will claim fraud and not pay the depositors
