Improving your posture is not dependent on which stretches or exercises you are doing.
its how you’re moving on a day to day basis.
you see the whole point of these exercises and stretches is to help you move in the opposite direction you’re already moving to much in.
for most of you out there, your movement is always going to be forward and down mainly because everything you do is in front of you and we have gravity constantly pushing us down.
