LOTRO High Elf Bullroarer Character Creation (2017)

This is a video recorded on the 2nd of July, 2017. The High Elf race option was still being tested on the Bullroarer server, and I had the opportunity then to try it out, it's unique aspects (such as its Tutorial), as well as the novel aspect that, at the time, it was the first opportunity create a Captain other than a Man.
I particularly wanted to upload it because of the nostalgia of the old character creation music.
