Mueller Supreme Court: Who Controls Your Medical Rights You or the Hospital?

Madison Wisconsin: January 17th 2023 Supreme Court oral arguments. This case Gahl v Aurora Health Care is not about which form of treatment is best for COVID but the rights of the patients to refuse treatment preferred by the hospital. A patient should have the right to direct their own health care. Mueller argues that a patient is able to transfer that right to the healthcare power of attorney if that patient becomes unable to make its own medical decisions. Mueller is asking the court to reverse the Wisconsin appeals court decision which gutted those rights.
