Sen. Manchin on background checks for gun sales

Sen. Joe Manchin said that gun safety should come back to responsibility.

"We all have and every state has a responsibility and I would like to see us look at it in a comprehensive way, but you know, background checks, there's nothing wrong with them. I've had to have a background check every time I bought a gun, and the people that I know have no problem with that whatsoever,” said Sen. Manchin.
