Get ready for the ultimate steak experience with our latest video on Bring The Smoke! Watch as we pre-salt brine a Tomahawk Steak for 24 hours, seasoning it with truffle oil, fresh ground black pepper, and garlic powder. We then smoke it in our Pitboss pellet smoker, starting off cold to build up as much smoke flavor as possible. Smoked at 225F for 2 hours until an internal temperature of 125F is achieved, we then sear it with a flame thrower to create the perfect Maillard reaction on the meat surface.
