50K Runners Start the Big Bend Ultra Marathon 2023 #trailrunning #bigbendranchstatepark

This video is a part of the 2023 Big Bend Ultra Marathon series of videos that we are producing for Overland Racing and BigBend50. This video features the start of the 50K course at 7:45am, still before sunrise, but we had sufficient light as the runners moved out onto the Contrabando Trail System off of FM-170. Around 70 runners started this 50K route.
