Not all who wander are lost. A healing journey begins first, with the intention to heal. Nature is one of our biggest helpers on our healing path. Use it to help heal yourself and others. The earth can transmute whatever negative thoughts or emotions you might be carrying both consciously and unconsciously. Grounding yourself with bare feet, touching rocks , trees, plants and animals can help balance our body and calm our nervous system creating a sense of wellbeing and connectedness. Very important for people going through an awakening to stay grounded and connected to our beautiful planet here on the physical plane. Heal yourself, heal the world!
