When Our Dreams Meet God's Timing

When many believers enter glory after they die, there will be awaiting for them a startling revelation. What will this blazing moment of enlightenment contain? A sudden awareness of how many times on earth that they quit right before their breakthrough would have occurred. We who follow Jesus by faith can often be tempted to become frustrated and untrusting as we wait on God’s timing to come to pass. It is unusual for God to give us an exact calendar date in the future for something we believe He will do for us. He does not always disclose the means by which He will bring our breakthroughs or answers to us. He is most often calling us to a deeper level of trust, and to resist the urge to take matters into our own hands.
