'Declaration of North America’ Is Unconstitutional & Threatens US Sovereignty: Alex Newman

The United States signed a declaration with Canada and Mexico last week. Award-winning journalist Alex Newman told NTD that the newly-signed “Declaration of North America” is unconstitutional and it undermines U.S. sovereignty.
