Loidel Chapelli Highlights 2021 U23

Loidel Chappeli Jr is the son of a former Cuban National Series star and the 2019 Rookie of the Year in Cuba.
The young Outfielder and second baseman left Cuba in late 2021 and was soon declared an International Free Agent.
He would sign with the Chicago White Sox becoming the latest player in a growing pipeline of Cuban ballplayers hoping to have an impact on the SouthSide of Chicago.
Chapelli was a bit mature at 20 in making his debut in the Dominican Summer League but impressed hitting .344/.448/.636 with 8 Home Runs in 154 at bats in the competitive but lowest level pro league.

In this video he is in action for Team Cuba’s U23 squad that competed in September in Mexico and is better known for the mass migration by many players that were a part of that squad.
