"Heavenly Father, I come before you today feeling weak and overwhelmed. I am facing many challenges and difficulties, and I feel like I cannot handle them on my own. I am weak in body, mind, and spirit, and I need your help and your support.

I know that you are the source of all strength and that you can do all things. I trust in your power and in your love, and I ask that you would strengthen me in my weakness. I ask that you would give me the grace and the courage to face my trials with faith and hope. I ask that you would help me to lean on you and to trust in you, and to not be discouraged by my weakness.

I also ask for your wisdom and your guidance. I know that I do not have all the answers and that I need your direction. I ask that you would open my eyes to see your will for my life and to understand your purposes for my trials. I ask that you would give me the discernment to make the right choices and to follow your leading. I also ask that you would give me the words to say and the actions to take to glorify you and to help others.

Lastly, I thank you, O Lord, for your love, your grace, and your mercy. I thank you for the privilege of being your child and of having access to your throne of grace. I thank you for your promise to never leave me or forsake me. I trust in your faithfulness and in your goodness, even in the midst of my weakness. I put my hope in you, and I rely on your strength. Amen."
