PURE HEALING ALPHA WAVES- This is the perfect frequency to use on a daily basis as a general reset. It's also the only frequency I like to use when on the move, for example, sometimes I use while out walking, or warming up at the gym- I find it puts me in the perfect state and encourages new intuitive ideas.
