United States hit debt ceiling, debate begins

The United States has now hit its debt ceiling again and, like many times before, the debate now begins to prevent a financial meltdown. The head of the Treasury Department says it will take measures to keep the country paying its bills, but that will only last through early June. Karin Caifa is in Washington with a look at where things stand and the potential economic fallout.
