Finally, the investigation into Alec Baldwin's shooting of Halyna Hutchins has been concluded and Baldwin has been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter. Hannah Gutierrez-Reed has also been charged similarly, so both the shooter and the firearms expert will have their days in court. All it took was 15 months, but the Hutchins family will finally get some kind of justice.
