UK to send 600 more Brimstone missiles helping Ukraine dominate the battlefield

British Defense Minister Ben Wallace announced the delivery of another 600 Brimstone precision-guided missiles to Kyiv, Reuters writes.

"I can tell you that we will send another 600 Brimstone missiles to the theater of operations. They will help Ukraine to dominate the battlefield," Wallace said at a meeting with other defense ministers in Estonia.

In a package earlier this week the UK provide Ukraine with three batteries of AS-90 155 long-range deep dire artillery and a squadron of Challenger 2 main battle tanks.

In mid-December, the British authorities announced that they had already sent a batch of Brimstone-2 missiles to Ukraine. And Prime Minister Rishi Sunak admitted that in 2023 the UK could increase the amount of assistance provided to Ukraine. As a result, on January 14, the authorities of the United Kingdom announced the transfer of 12 Challenger 2 tanks to Kyiv.

At the same time, the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the country, Patrick Sanders, admitted that the transfer of tanks to Kyiv would weaken the British army.
