Unlike most places, here in China when there is a car collision regardless if it is a scratch or major incident all parties involved stop instantly , photograph and wait for the insurance company or Police to arrive .
It could be on the freeway , major intersection, side street , it doesn't matter as they are more than happy to stop any and all traffic until the above mentioned arrives .
