A 19-year-old blind boy Tshepo Makwela from Burgersdorp in Tzaneen who schooled at Rivoni School for the Blind in Elim, Limpopo was among the top 30 achievers across the country who were invited to the ministerial breakfast hosted by the Minister of Basic Education, Angie Motshekga.
