Episode 20: the spinny things are spinning and we have power

I have started testing the output and working on a fix for the low output. This is why I started small. I am getting the details straightened out on this one first. I think I can get 200 watts continuous on a 20 mile wind maybe 100 on 15 mph. Over a 24 hr period it adds up.
