So I @ChazMorgan7 have been to this exact location the Louisiana Secretary of State several times in the last year or so. Getting birth certificates apostille and In some states the department of state is called the Secretary of State. The state recording office is what they are. Like a clerk of courts for the state. Correct me if im wrong but I and other people researched it and everyone said that they are the department of state… so… again… see how calm and peaceful and nice I was??? In New Orleans the lady was screaming at me!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣. Tells a story doesn’t it??? “Plausible deniability” that is their M.O….. it gets old after catching like 💯 times on video and audio etc. I have so many of these videos and audios that it is hard to believe.
