Educators Workshop is a Marine Corps recruiting program designed to give insight into recruit training for educators and high school administrators. The first day of EWS consisted of stepping on the yellow footprints, eating chow with recruits, learning about the gas chamber, rappelling down the recruit repel tower, and listening to trainers around the island explain the programs offered within the Marine Corps.
