Ingredients:
* 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
* 2 tbsp. Allulose (or preferred sweetener)
* 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
* 1 Egg
* 2 tbsp. Almond Flour
* 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
* 1 tsp. Coconut Flour
* 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together into a large mug.
2. Microwave for 1 minute (1100 watt microwave.) If the cake is not done, then cook for an additional 30 seconds.
3. Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream (optional.)
