UN designates Pakistan-based man a 'terrorist' after China unblocks process

India's proposal to place Pakistan-based Abdul Rehman Makki on the global terrorist watch-list got approved by the UN Security Council, after Beijing lifted a technical stall of the process. Pakistan's prime minister has said his country is open to 'serious and sincere talks with India' to discuss points crucial to both countries.
