In this video I talk about the 3 step process on handling any sales objection that may come your way.

There are 3 steps and one very important thing to keep in mind:

Step 1: deflect the objection
Step 2: ask a question to find the root of the objection
Step 3: remove the objection by using the ammo you got from asking the prospect questions throughout the meeting/call

Key point: You cant use the exact same words for everyone when handling an objection. Each time its slightly different based on what the prospect tells you.
