Andrew Tate changed my mindset | Bulking Gym Journey 2023 | Ep 1

This video is the first episode of my bulking journey. 202023 is the year i try and better myself as a person physically and mentally. On this journey i want to document how i change across the year physically and along the journey inspire people to do the journey with me.
To start 202023 i weighed 59.6kg on the 4th January 2023. However when recording this video on the 17th January i weighed 61.4kg. So i am starting this bulking journey on 61.4kg.
