What is Dry Brining Meat? Just like a wet brine, but it’s much easier because it uses your meat’s own moisture to flavor and improve your meat.

How to Dry Brine Meat? Just salt your meat at least 1 hour before cooking it but preferably 6-24 hours. At first, your meat will release some moisture, then it will absorb the moisture back in along with the salt. I even dry brine before freezing my meat so I can cook it from frozen.

I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
