NOTE: appeal court did not disturb the court ruling that 1(b) of the Bill of Rights, equality of the law and protection of the law. That one cannot create two classes of people and treat them differently. The appeal stated that if the crime affects service it will go through the tribunal, if the crime does not affect service then one would go through the regular courts.
