Winter rose, hellebore flowers

Hellebores are plants that blossom in winter. Their flowers comes in shades of green, white, pink or ruby. They are perennials and have a long flowering period, lasting well into spring. Mainly evergreen with handsome leaves, they thrive in shadier spots.
