10 Month Breast Explant update | My Healing Journey

This livestream is a 10 month Breast Explant Update. I get a lot of questions from people in the comments section, as well as on my instagram page, so I try to come on here periodically to update you guys on how I am doing, feeling and recovering.

One thing that I would like to stress is that what works for me, may not work for you. Healing is an individual thing. In my experience it takes time, patience (sometimes creativity) and dedication. I do not believe that many of us became sick overnight (although certain things could worsen ones condition greatly in 24 hours) and I do not believe we heal overnight either.

I share my experience in hope that it will give other women comfort, ideas, hope and perhaps insight. Please do not compare yourself to my healing if yours is not going as smoothly as mine. There are many variables in healing. I do not only do one thing to heal, and I am not only healing from one thing. Factors such as: genetics, age, quality of surgeon, time spent with implants, diet, quality of aftercare, and so much more play into our healing. One last thing to consider: Although I personally do not think implants every improve ones health, they may not be the specific thing that is causing your illness. In my case it was not one, but several things that made me sick. If I only took out my implants, and did not consistently support my health in other ways, I would have felt better...but not to the degree which I am improving.

I have had good days, and bad days in my healing journey. Over time, the number of good days is increasing, and the number of bad days is decreasing.

❤️ This was my favorite bra. I ordered so many, and only a few worked out. I have both the black and the nude colors. Of course it is the most expensive as well. I would probably not order this for right after surgery, because you will be very swollen then. I like this one for about a month out. I still wear it now. - https://amzn.to/3VYfGov

❤️ This bra worked right after surgery. That said I am usually a 30 band size, and I had to wear a 38 right after surgery for several weeks. Make sure to have a much larger size on hand than you think you will need, you'll be surprised by the swelling - https://amzn.to/3gAbY4o

❤️ I used this spray on my incisions - https://amzn.to/3THt0Mi I still keep it around the house for any cuts and scrapes.

❤️ I used this on my incisions after the Briotech Spray - https://amzn.to/3CVZFGY It is a very gentle healing balm

❤️ I am still using this detox protocol- ❤️The full Microbe Formulas Detox protocol can be found here: https://bit.ly/2Zevyu You get 10 percent off through this link

❤️ If you are getting drains, this is a very soft and useful item to keep your drains in place, and out of site (I did not want to see them). It fits almost like a comfy little tube top and has little pockets to slide your drains into. This was one of my most useful items. -https://amzn.to/3SuNqqL

❤️ I used this wedge pillow, and I still have it. It looks good in my home too - https://amzn.to/3TTXWJp

Other things that are nice to have-
Straws
scrunchies to keep your hair out of your face
coconut water
someone to call to blow dry your hair. I had someone come to our air B and B.

My explant Surgeon was Dr. Jae Chun and he did a fantastic job.

I hope this is helpful:)

PS- I am not a Dr, and this is in no way medical advice. Just my experience, story and lifestyle. If you are dealing with illness, finding a great dr is an integral part of getting better.
