The Washington Examiner reports, In an interview with NBC News, former House Speaker Paul Ryan said he wasn't bothered by the lengthy process of electing a new speaker. In fact, he acknowledged that some of the concessions were acceptable, noting that "I think that I had an excessive amount of power as speaker."
