In this video i demonstrate 3 basic dribbling exercises for beginners in football, these are the most easy and simple exercises to do to master dribbling and ball mastery, once you have mastered these dribbling techniques you will be able to do loads of other skills and tricks within football as they all evolve around using the same part of your foot.
it is important to become comfortable using all parts of your feet because in a game the ball will not always come to your strongest foot which means you will have to adapt and may have to use your weaker foot in that situation.

You can add cones to these exercises to make it harder by dribbling in and out them to really make sure your touch is on point, work on dribbling with just the left foot then switch to the right foot after.
