Rapture and Redemption : Rapture in the Old Testament

In the Scriptures - which is only the written Word, the Bible - a mystery is something hidden in God, only to be revealed in the earth to men at the proper time. The Church, the Ecclesia of the Living God, was this kind of mystery in the Old Testament, revealed not directly or by name but through types and shadows, through characters and covenants. Because the Church was a mystery, the Rapture of the Church also was a mystery - which is now revealed for us to look forward to with great anticipation . .
