- 195 grams of sugar / 13 tbsp
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150 grams of tapioca flour / 15 tbsp
- 250 ml of water / 1 cup of medium size
- 1 teaspoon of pandan paste
- 750 ml of coconut milk / 3 cups of medium size
