RIFFpost: BOSS Fuzz FZ-1w WAZA Craft

The BOSS Fuzz FZ-1w WAZA Craft pedal has two circuit modes: "V" for Vintage and "M" for Modern. Vintage mode recalls some familiar sounding 60s and 70s fuzz sounds, while the Modern mode offers more clarity and THICCness.

The "TONE" control (middle knob) also gives you more options to finer tune the FUZZ to your liking, (counterclockwise = darker, clockwise = brighter), which I demo all in this video.

Fuzz pedals like this one are very versatile because it doubles up as a boost when you dial the "FUZZ" control counterclockwise (minimum to noon) while mixing the LEVEL to your desired volume. And if you want to go into more fuzz sounds just dial it beyond noon to MAX.
