In this video we go over 4 great exercises that will help improve not only your ball control but your first touch aswell. In this video i start with a warm up on just passing the ball against the wall to get my feet use to the ball and get as many touches on the ball as possible. When working on your first touch you want to be on your toes so you can move quickly as the ball will not always go to the place where you want it to go to.
