This video is a great example of how wings can change direction at pace. This exercise will help wingers or footballers at any ability to be able to cut across there defender and then accelerate into the space ahead of them. When doing this exercise all they need to make sure they do is keep the ball nice and close to them when they cut the ball across the cones, once they are across the cones they can have a bigger touch to get away from their defender.
